Is Austria ready for the greatest fan club mission of all time?

We set ourselves a high goal - and YOU can help us achieve it. Can we count on you?

We are looking for fan clubs for each participating athlete. A fan club supports an athlete before and during the Games - they are an athlete’s “mentor”.

Are you a class of students, a youth group, a company, a sports club, a music club, or simply a group of friends? Then sign up to become a fan club!

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Get in touch with the athlete, write letters, record video messages, send pictures, introduce the athlete to the culture and traditions of your country, ... There are no limits to your creativity.
The athletes are looking forward to getting in touch with you - and maybe even meeting you in person during the Games.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

• Are you interested in becoming a fan club? Let us know! Send an email to mission3000@austria2017.org, mention “Mission 3000” and tell us which nation you would like to support. Also, tell us how we can contact you.
• As of September 2016, you as a fan club establish contact with the athlete.
• During the World Winter Games from March 14th to 25th, 2017, you have the possibility to meet the athlete in person. As a fan club, you could cheer on your athlete during the competition and congratulate them after the medal ceremony.

• … And who knows, maybe this will be the beginning of a wonderful friendship?

 

BECOME A FAN CLUB

Are you in a club, fire brigade, circle of friends, school class, youth group, company,… and want to support our athletes as a fan club just let us know and contact us via mission3000@austria2017.org.

Support your nation at the sport events, medal ceremonies in Graz, Schladming and Ramsau – “fan material” like posters, flags and more are welcome.

Please let us know if and when you are going to visit the Winter Games to help us in our planning.
